6. Units Must Be Financially Self Sustaining.
7. Occupants Furnish Their Unit.

For Both Homes The Average Monthly Cost Per Resident Was $1,506. Average Income Per Resident, $860.19. This Was Made Up From Amortization Of Deferred Admittance Fees, Fund Raising, And Grand Chapter Per Capita Allocation.
