Fraternal Committee
The Grand Chapter Fraternal Committee encourages those members who may be experiencing financial difficulties to make inquiries concerning the application process. All members of the Fraternal Committee will be empathetic and responsive to your inquiry. Most importantly, sensitive information will be handled with respect and confidentiality. The Fraternal Committee will review each application and make a determination based on established guidelines and extenuating circumstances. Applicants may also be referred to alternate sources of assistance to best meet their needs and alleviate financial burdens. Please review the following instructions and do not hesitate to contact any member of the Fraternal Committee.
ALL current, dues-paying members of the Pennsylvania Order of the Eastern Star who desire to inquire or apply to the Grand Chapter Fraternal Committee for emergency or monthly assistance can find the procedure to follow on the instruction forms listed below (green links), OR they can inquire with their Chapter Secretary, who will refer them to the appropriate Sectional representative on the Grand Chapter Fraternal Committee.
