Every Chapter Was Assessed 25 Cents Per Capita And 25 Cents For Initiation. No Chapter Would Be Entitled To Representation In Grand Chapter Unless Such Dues Were Paid.

Worthy Grand Patron Was Given $100 Per Annum For Travelling Expenses.
