A Very Special Guest Was Presented At This Grand Chapter, Sister Caroline Moore, P.M., Better Known As Mother Moore. She Worked With Our Men And Women In The Service During War And Peace. She Received A Special Congressional Medal Of Honor, A Medal Presented To Only 3 Other Women In The U.S. When She Was Presented, She Carried A Bible Sent To Her By President Truman.

Four Educational Scholarships Of $400 Were Awarded This Year. A Pennsylvania State Flag Was Presented At This Grand Chapter To The Newly Installed Worthy Grand Matron, To Be Presented To General Grand Chapter In Honor Of Sister Florence A. Plummer, Worthy Grand Trustee.
