Rehabilitation Emphasis Was Put On “Time And Work”. 23,500 Hours Were Credited By Helping With Nursing, Reaction, And Reception. A Special Gift Was Given To The Wilkes-Barre V.A. Hospital, An American Flag, To Be Placed On The Avenue Of Flags At The Approach To The Hospital.
