Two Proposals Were Presented With Regards To Homes: 1. Continue Operation Of Homes For An Indefinite Period Of Time. A Major Reorganization Of Each Home And Grand Chapter’s Relationship To The Homes Is Required. 2. Phase Out The Homes – The Grand Chapter Of Pa Will Phase Out The Operation Of Both Homes Within A Reasonable Time.

Delegates Voted To Accept Proposal #1 But To Reorganize The Structure Of Maintaining The Homes.
